Books I recommend
Stoicism
"Meditations" by Marcus Aurelius
The first book I read when I became interested in personal development and in my opinion the bible of stoicism.
"Enchiridion" by Epictetus
Nothing can describe this book better than the words: "The Stoic Art of Living". A list of Epictetus' principles that can still be applied today.
"The Stoic Challenge" by William B. Irvine
A small, simple and enjoyable read, it is a great addition to the previous two books.
Biohacking & Health
"The 4-Hour Body" by Timothy Ferriss
As Timothy Ferriss wrote: "Much of the content is intended to be read as the diary of a madman.
Enjoy it."
Enjoy it."
"Estrogeneration" by Anthony G. Jay
Incredible, eye-opening book about estogenics that are poisoning us every day.
Self Improvement
"Ultralearning" by Scott H. Young
If you read this book your learning skills will improve so much even you won't be able to believe it.
"Factfulness" by Hans Rosling
Enjoyable and quick - shows you how media feed you a falsificated world view.
"Deep Work" by Cal Newport
The only guide you need to master your focus.
"Digital Minimalism" by Cal Newport
Great addition to "Deep Work". Comprehensive guide on dopamine detoxing.
"Atomic Habits" by James Clear
The best and only book you need to read in order to build any habit.
"The Way of The Superior Man" by David Deida
For me, it was a brilliant guide to the world of work and purpose.
"Who moved my cheese?" by Spencer Johnson
A book to read in less than an hour, seemingly simple and small and yet so important and broadening the vision on the world.
"12 Rules For Life" by Jordan B. Peterson
Peterson finds it easy to combine various myths, legends, fairy tales or even biblical stories into one coherent, logical whole that carries a big message. This book is full of it.
"Beyond Order" by Jordan B. Peterson
As Peterson wrote himself "Beyond Order" along with "12 Rules For Life" create a ying yang
Manipulation & Persuasion
"How To Win Friends & Influence People" by Dale Carnegie
Best book on human relations.
"Influence: The Psychology of Pesuasion" by Robert B. Cialdini
Cialdini shows how we are manipulated everywhere. This book and “48 Laws of Power” form a complete guide on how to protect yourself from this manipulation.
"48 Laws of Power" by Robert Greene
“48 Laws of Power” is a comprehensive guide on how you can protect yourself from manipulation and how you can use manipulation to your advantage.
Business
"The Millionaire Fastlane" by M.J. DeMarco
I don't know a single book with this approach to business but also to life. DeMarco shows a completely different view of wealth and makes every reader realize how society has corrupted the definition of wealth.
"Unscripted" by M.J. DeMarco
If you've read “The Millionaire Fastlane,” this will be like a second part - good, enjoyable and showing a completely different perspective.
"The Richest Man in Babylon" by George S. Clason
Most of the advice in this book is still relevant today. It is a good introduction to the business world.
Mindset
"Can't Hurt Me" by David Goggins
You won't find any other book like this one, reading it for the first time is an irreplaceable, brilliant experience that will make you get after it every day.
"Never Finished" by David Goggins
As Goggins said: "Can't Hurt Me" is just a Goggins bachelor's degree - "Never Finished" is the Goggins master's degree.
"Psycho-Cybernetics" by Maxwell Maltz
A fresh perspective on self-image not found anywhere else. I believe that self-esteem is the path to success and this is a must-read.
